CURECRETE WILL BE HOSTING A KICKSTART™ KICK-OFF LAUNCH EVENT ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2017 IN ROOM S220 IN THE SOUTH HALL OF THE LAS VEGAS CONVENTION CENTER FROM 5:30 – 7:30 PM. ALL ARE INVITED.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Springville, Utah – December 9, 2016 – Curecrete has brought many firsts to the table in the field of chemical densification and polished concrete since 1947. Continuing their longstanding commitment to innovation and moving the industry forward, Curecrete Distribution, Inc. will launch a new product at the 2017 World of Concrete Trade Show in Las Vegas, NV.
KickStart™ Clarity Enhancer achieves accelerated and enhanced concrete clarity in fewer grinding and polishing steps. While similar products accelerate only the initial grind process, KickStart goes further, accelerating the entire grinding and polishing process, while enhancing the floor’s overall clarity. Floor owners and applicators mutually benefit from the results — enjoying an impeccable final product, increased efficiency and significant cost savings.
According to Peter Wagner, Director of Supporting Products Development for Curecrete,
“KickStart delivers enhanced clarity whether your objective is to deliver a superior, densified steel-troweled floor, or densified-polished floor ranging from cream to large aggregate.”
Floor owners and applicators are often concerned with three main points: time, cost and final product. When compared side-by-side with traditional grinding and polishing methods, KickStart proves superior to traditional methods on all three points.
Increased Efficiency, Less Time
Unlike similar products that require a floor to be pre-wet for a specified amount of time, or even overnight, KickStart performs right out of the bucket. As a single-component solution (no A or B sides to mix), KickStart works immediately and creates an ideal environment for quicker diamond progression from metals to hybrids to resins. This environment (slurry) allows diamonds to achieve more thorough refinement at every level — in less time and with better effectiveness — reducing the number of steps required to polish a concrete floor.
As a result of the lubricated environment created by KickStart, the slurry is easier to work with and significantly easier to clean from diamonds and equipment. Applicators have also realized less operator fatigue, an important factor in keeping workers healthy, safe and productive.
Significant Labor, Product and Equipment Cost Savings
Applicators that use KickStart immediately experience significant labor, product and equipment cost savings — all while delivering exceptional floors to their customers. The KickStart process requires fewer overall steps, ultimately leading to less man-hours on job sites and freeing up vital resources and manpower to take on more jobs. In a typical comparison test between the traditional grinding and polishing method versus the KickStart process, KickStart eliminated six overall steps, four of which were time-consuming and expensive grinding and polishing steps, and also delivered higher clarity with a lower grit diamond.
Additionally, KickStart can improve the performance, efficiency and longevity of expensive diamond tools. Diamonds that perform better and longer can be used on multiple projects, often reducing the frequency of replacing costly diamond tooling.
KickStart allows applicators to achieve higher profits by accomplishing more work in less time, and without the need to hire additional labor or equipment. Exceptional results and a faster delivery time leave floor owners with a positive experience, encouraging repeat sales and customer referrals.
KickStart is designed to work in combination with CreteClean Plus with Scar Guard™ and is only intended for use on floors using the RetroPlate® System or Ashford Formula™. It is ideal for use on hard steel troweled concrete surfaces and is suitable for new or existing concrete and also concrete restoration projects.
